I have just laid all my Vcash on Mosley and gonna be putting some real cash on it soon too. I just dont think Cotto has what it takes to brutalise Mosley, Mosley has been in there with bigger guys(Winky) and bigger punchers (ODLH). He will outbox Cotto like Judah did except unlike Judah, he wont fold and IMO he has alot better ring generalship which will keep him away from Cottos bodyshots.

I really like Cotto cos of his style, but Shane is all wrong for him. This is a slickzter whom he wont be able to simply run over. Mosley hits hard, fast and can take shots. Hes no Judah. Dont forget, Paulie took him the full 12 rounds too and managed to get a few rounds in there. Shane is 10* the fighter Paulie is. Its easy to be blinded by Cotto's exciting style and wanting to root for him, wanting to root for him so bad that you would wanna bet on him but you gotta see the light... and it'll be shining on the fallen angel Saturday night!

Also to get a taster of how Mosley will handle Cotto, watch his sparring vid vs Chavez.

Maybe the Judah fight proved Cottos worthiness more than you think.Don't forget, Judah knocked out Cory Spinks, which Jermain Taylor couldn't do.This shows some serious power on Judahs part, and yet Cotto still walked through everything an extremely well prepared Judah threw.Judahs got a bit more speed than Mosely too, only Shane is more durable. This makes me think that Cotto-Mosley will be a decision, and a close one, for Cotto.

Judah shook Cotto pretty bad. Taylor couldnt KO spinks cos he couldnt hit him, wasnt due to lack of power. True Judah is faster than Shane ever so slightly but that will be irrelevant to fighting Cotto, you only need so much to make it an advantage against Cotto. Cant wait for Saturday. My winnings will pay for my holiday for christmas. Should Mosley loose, its gonna be a cold lonely christmas for me :)

Those are uncontested facts that contradict the idea that it would be a wide UD for Mosley. Cotto is worthy but the aforementioned idea is as unbelievable as Cotto walking through Mosley like he did to Judah. Zab was more unpredictable and the southpaw stance counts a lot for it, Shane is definitely more athletic, commited and durable than Judah but most of all, he has the punch and that's something I am very glad for... A whole lot of people around here say that Floyd's witts is the only thing to defeat Cotto's violent charge but I would say that you need to intimidate Miguel from coming forward and shooting at will and that is Mosley's combination of speed and power ( which Judah didn't have). I'll go for the close decision too but for Shane.

    Just before the low-blo ;)

Just for the record I thought that it was unintentional.

I think those saying Cotto will win simply as wanting Cotto to win. Both guys are great to the sport, I really wish Cotto could be something special and even despite this loss, he will still be special but Saturday night just isnt his night. Mosley has good feet, he will circle Cotto and when Cotto launches in desperately he will get countered. Mosley is very durable and if he can land 3 to 1, he will and I think he could even win the war that way.
