    Naw brah.....the deal was on the day of weigh in if DLH came in over the agreed Welter weight limit of 147 he would be fined one mill. Camp PAC and Roach wanted to make sure DLH didn't get away with coming in above the WW limit but that agreement was JUST FOR WEIGH IN, not weight on fight night.
