I guess I've always regarded Mosley as a better fighter than Oscar. But as you've just hinted, it's styles that makes fights, and Oscar's strengths (mainly the jab) were more capable of troubling Floyd than Mosley's strengths were.

Most people who know boxing predicted a similiar outcome. Shane didn't have the tools, heart or guts to do what he would've had to do to even compete with Mayweather. He knew that before the opening bell. This fight was all about money and Shane got what he was looking for: a nice chunk of change for his retirement.

:rofl We said the exact same thing last night. Not only was Mosely looking like he single handedly wiped Red Bull off the planet but after Floyd took that second shot in the second and didn't go down....well, I think we finally got to see what kind of chin Floyd has.

I think that in a way Floyd also developed himself in a true WW after the Oscar fight. When I looked at his body he looked like he can go up to JMW now. And his power seemed to trouble even the iron chinned Mosley. Pac is almost the only relevant fight at 147 for Floyd now. I fear that Williams will be severely drained if he comes down to that weight.

That's what I noticed too, he looked massive in that ring next to Mosley. He can definately go to 154 and beat all the guys there too.
