They put tape over wet gauze..... Why was the gauze wet? Overreaction. Regardless knucklepads are illegal. As Shane said in the video. If it was tape residue , we will see

Too many arseholes need to wait until a man is found guilty before talking **** on here next time, all you got to do is think if it was you in that situation, would you want people to judge you before even being found to be guilty.

Too many arsehole posters on this site.

Knuckle pads soaked in foreign substances..if that be the case. But we shall see. And if they prove that it is a hardening substance and the trainer takes the heat..guess what...margarito is still ****ing guilty and a cheat. However I do think he was trying to get extra protection for his knuckles and somebody just tried to experiment with some kind of bootleg concoction. None the less, it is illegal and his rep tarnished.

I like the way Mosley conducts himself in interviews. He wants big money fights and not afraid to admit it but you hear those names he called out. Nothing but the best fighters in the world. Shane as always tried to make his mark in history.

Does this apply to Mosley for his undetectable Steroid consumption too?

I am not a Mosley fan. I think he used roids when he moved up in weight rather than early. I am more of a mayweather/ marquez brothers/ my main man Vic. Oh, Pac too. I dont really care if you talk **** about Mosley. But I think your boy Margarito's legacy aint all that at welter. The fact he claimed to be the best welter and the most feared after beating shot shot gun Gomez. And in the same breath says Mayweather was ducking him when he was not on anybodies radar and the least known and unproven. He called Mayweather when Mayweather announced moving up to welter or around the Mitchell fight(Floyds first fight at welter) I guess he was real macho picking on a guy that just moved up. See, you spineless fans seem to forget things like time tables and **** like that. I see you lame Margarito groupies on here talk about Mayweathers legacy at welter..but he has a legacy at 130 that is BETTER than your boys whole career. He defended his WBO strap like 8 times then lost it. Tried to move up to 154 got beat by an average guy like Santos. I guess he was feeling himself.

Wow. What a bunch of crap you just typed. Margarito has a better record than Mayweather at WW period. PBF had the chance to fight Cotto, Williams, CLottey, Cintron and Tony. But he opted to fight Jr. WW Hatton , Mitchell , Judah:roll: and Baldo .

Mayweather is a better fighter than Margarito, there is no denying that. But PBF lacks the warrior mentallity that very few fighters have, and that is to fight ANYONE.

    Chavez
    ODLH
    Judah
    Mosley
    Margarito
    SRL
    Duran
    Hearns
    SRR
    Ali
    Morales
    Barrera
    JMM
    Vargas
    Hopkins
    and many more guys

all these guys WANTED to fight the best,to prove their greatness, win or lose they did it. True warriors. Mayweather, he chose the easist course to fame.

I agree. I don't fault him on the Baldo fight cause Baldo was the champ but all other fights were disgraces. The Hatton fight could have been legit but we see how poor a 147 Hatton was with Collazo.

It really shouldnt be so compilicated. The commission is supposed to stand right over you when you wrap to make sure you are not breaking any rules. I've never ever wrapped hands without being monitored by a representative from the commission, its just not possible this day and age with a big fight especially. Usually while I wrap or add tape I will ask the commissioner is that ok so I dont have to waste 15 mins doing it again. If something illegal was used, and I really doubt, somebody should call that commisioner into the office and get a good explanation or send them packing....

:rofl What the **** is that supposed to prove. Seriously, use common sense. They both are around the same age. Turned pro around the same time. Fighter A fights at 130 for 4-5 years fighter B fights at welter his whole career...........................................................................................Who would you think would have the better WELTER resume. This **** aint rocket science. And if you talk about BETTER record you are talking about wins and not just the fact that you fought a guy. Margarito fought 4 legit top welters. Shane/Cotto/PW/Clottey. Lets break down these fights. Shane.......we all know what happened. Cotto....he stops Cotto late in the fight after being outboxed for 6 straight rounds.but his best win by far. ...PW...gets outboxed and outworked in a close but clear loss....Clottey.....beats Margarito up worse than PW did in a win and made him look like the elephant man after the fight. Clottey hurt his finger and comes out of a close loss which I think was a draw b/c Clottey won round 11. But the champ gets the edge and Clottey needed two of the Championship rounds. So he is two and two against top opposition. Floyd fights Judah/Baldomir/ODH at 154. Won all three. All three legit top welters and two welter CHAMPIONS during the time. I mean you guys have some ****ed up logic.

Margarito created his legacy recently. PBF had the same oppurtunity. Also, belts don't make the fighter, fighters make the belts. Judah was NO champ, I don't care if Baldo didn't pay the IBF's sanctioning fees or not. He was nothing.

Hell, Mayorga was robbed against Spinks, who lost to Judah, who lost to Baldo, who was nothing but a journey man!!!:yep

So there you have his linear championship. It started with a robbery.

You know, in terms of Legacy, if PBF stays retired, his legacy is not that great overall.

:rofl I give up. Your corky logic got the best. So Margarito has a legacy and Floyd dont....b/c of his recent fights and getting knocked the **** out and being brought up by the boxing commission for being a cheat. Belts dont make the fighter....And you do know that Margarito aint better than Spinks or Mayorga or Judah was at 147. Keep bigging up that offbrand. :rofl At least a washed up Mayorga won rounds against Shane.
