Who do you think it's gonna be and who would you want it to be? I think he's got enough to beat most at 147, since he should have drawn with Cotto in their fight and Cotto is only second to Floyd Mayweather at welter. As long as he doesn't get old over night, he'll still be plenty competative. I can't decide on a good opponent. Any ideas?

I think Mosley should move up to 154, he would blow pretty much all of that lot away in no time!

A three weight world champ Mosley, 135, 147 & 154 - could he make 140 and become four weight champ?

I'm not sure how he makes 140, but this would be worthwhile.

He should have gone to 140 way back and taken on Tszyu. Now that would have been a fight.

Forget 140, but at 147 or 154, Shane is competitive with anyone. Maybe he should challenge Cory Spinks to start . Spinks might go for that, he'd make more money with Shane than with anyone else.

Shane has stated that he feels best at 147.

I would love to see a rematch with Cotto - a fight with Mayorga would be interesting - Floyd is always on the list. Cintron - Margarito - Williams, would all be good choices too.

Unless he wants to fight Forrest again - there's no need to go after Spinks. Mosley will only fight one to two more years. So, he should only be looking for big money fights.

Shane should definitely stay at 147 and make it as snappy as possible, let those hands go and avoid to bulk or muscle up. But I don't see a lot of activity from that side which can be an indication that he wants to hang em up... He lost a good chance to catch Margo on his way up to redeem himself and Zab gets that one for him. Cintron has made a challenge and he didn't respond - Kermit takes on Clottey next. Williams called him out and still he doesn't respond - PW takes on Quintana very soon and is looking forward for title unification next. Mayweather is already taken... Shane stays in the outside and not looking in, a damn shame is what this is.

How about giving a young guy a shot? maybe a fight with Berto at 147 lbs? if not a young guy then maybe a guy like Clottey?

Spinks, Forrest, De La Hoya, Mayorga would be good at 154.
Williams, Margorito, Cintron, Cotto would be good at 147.

I agree, unless he can get somebody massive, a massive payday.

Let Margarito fight Forrest and Mosley can beat the **** out of Judah. That fight would set up another with Cotto or the winner of Forrest/Margo.

Andre Berto vs Michel Trabant Feb 9 on the undercard of Williams Quintana - Lou DiBella feels he is not ready yet for the likes of Cotto and Mosley. Clottey's next fight is for the IBF welterweight title as the mandatory challenger - he could fight Shane once he beats Cintron, or the other way around, Cintron and Manny convince Mosley to take a fight after beating Clottey... There is no one else.

Why not Sharmba Mitchell or Baldomir. Those two did wonders for Floyds legacy.
