and so is marquez! but not only is he shot he is also small. its better to not look good against segio mora who is a good boxer at middleweight rather than look bad with a powder puff lightweight juan diaz and a one dimensional no defense C-level fighter katsidis:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl
Shane's talking like Pac and JMM are his only options which is a laughing matter. Hey Shane, ever heard of guys named Clottey, Alvarez, and Berto? Beat any of those guys and you would have made a strong case for your right to fight Pac instead of catapulting all the way to the front of the line for not doing anything relevant in two years. I like Shane though. Don't blame him for going for the fattest paycheck. I just don't like it when people undermine individuals who have worked hard and earned the right to a golden opportunity.
I think Mosley will win vs Marquez but Pacquiao vs Marquez is more interesting to watch because of Marquez claim from their last 2 fights and that 3rd fight will cement that claim for Marquez. Also it would be of interest to Pacquiao to knockout Marquez to erase that question mark from their last 2 fights.
Juan have no business as a welter period, Berto is not ready for prime time the only one left with good credentials is Mosley.
ESB's not really the place. The name Pac (or Floyd) will result in people giving answers without even thinking or reading the question.
So is/was Hopkins plenty of times He's shot now that Pac is gonna hand his arse to him:-( Best Welter out there when floyd fought him though:think
IDK, JM looked about the same with SM when they both fought FM, maybe, just maybe FM is really "that good." Maybe he could be good at 147.... I say JMM should fight somebody like Berto first and see what happens. I'm pretty sure Berto won't look too much better than JMM against FMJ.... i think is intriguing. BTW, what do u guys think? (about the Berto/JMM fight). Ohhhhhhhhhh, and about the "Berto is not ready 4 prime time" thing, WHEN DO U THINK HE'S GONNA BE READY? I've been hearing this nonsense for quite a long time by now, if he's not ready now, he'll never be.... that is, unless he's waiting for the others to get shot, but by then the new generation will be ready and he won't be a threat....Saul Alvarez @154 & the crew @140 now will be ready to take over 147 by then.... he won't go too far if he waits, imo.
If SM juices like pac is doing (and I think there's a good chance he will), then this fight will be much more interesting than many ppl think... remember no random testing this time = a better showing than against Floyd.... then again, there was no random test against Mora... we'll see....
Depends on what division you want Pac to fight at. If you want him at 154, almost everybody there who's at the top 5 has legit chance to beat Pac, its where he fought just for the records. 147lbs, all the elites in that division has a chance, Pac is still small compared to the rest, at 140lbs he is the best, he is the most dominant fighter in that division, and no one beats him there.
