Most Accomplished: Mike Tyson or James Toney?

Tyson had a more impressive prime but Toney is maybe bit more accomplished.
Also Toney did fight against better competition.

 

put down the pipe man. morrison and mercer are more accomplished than spinks, holmes. hell there not even More accomplished than berbick, bruno, ruddock, etc. morrison and mercer are contenders who fought and beat other contenders like the aforementioned.
Tyson didn't duck peak anybody. older lewis and evander weren't even on the scene when tyson was peak. lewis was still in training school for several more years and pre steriod (and bizzare heart condition) Evander was down at cruiser. Tyson and Evander signed to fight in 91 or so than Tyson got locked up ( I suppose you think Tyson went to prison to duck Evander). Bowe was too young during the late 80's and I'm sure tyson would've fought Bowe in the mid 90's if he had the chance.
I like Witherspoon so I'll leave him alone (and who knows maybe Mike's team wanted to avoid him if possible, but i doubt tyson would duck him).

All this said, there's obviously an argument that toney is more accomplished but yours ain't it. Toney had a very good very long career, beat some great fighters even if he was inconsistent and undisciplined at times.
