I wouldn't mind doing something similar to what I've seen some posters do on here lately... Instead of rankings that are extremely specific, 1-10 sort deals... How about brackets? Bracket, A-B-C and so on. More general. For heavyweight's, I can't think of too many swarmers more active than Marciano and Frazier. They'd more than likely be in Bracket A. Tyson, Bracket B.
I've seen him described as such and at times he operated in swarmer like fashion. Maybe it wasn't his normal method of operating, but eh.
I wouldn't mind putting together a all time most active swarmers bracket. In bracket A some of the obvious names would be... Bracket A - Henry Amstrong, Harry Greb.. Those are two concrete A-Listers to start things off with.
You'd really consider Dempsey as active as Marciano? When did he ever have to go the kind of distances Marciano went?
Greb was a fleetfooted dancer. Trust me I have nearly his entire career on DVD including the Tunney fights.
Harada was a very active, aggressive fighter. I think he has a case for ranking in the A bracket, if not certainly B.
