Among active fighters I think you could make a case for Carl Froch. His best win is Pascal who is a question mark at best. However, over the past 6 months he has ran his mouth about Calzaghe, Kessler, Pavlik, and Taylor. All 4 of those guys would humiliate Froch. When you talk a constant stream of **** about guys who would very obviously whip your ass, that's arrogance.

But these days, his self-hyping *I am the best heavyweight in the world* PR lines are more sad and redculous, than anything.

As for cockiness, I think Mayweather is also deserving of a mention.

It's Floyd Jnr by a million miles.

He stands out to me because he is not only arrogant but ignorant and obnoxious with it.
You get characters like Naz and Ali but they are entertaining because their personality and character really shines through. They are funny, intelligent and most importantly, witty!!

Floyd is anything but! His stupid "showmanship" shows him up to be a bit of a cretin. There is no intelligent wit there, he just comes across as being a bit thick. I remember the Hatton pre-fight conference where the best reply he had to the fans song was to drone "walking in a money wonderland". Just absolutely no wit. The guy is thick as **** and it makes me cringe to see him. He is a very ugly person (in personality).

After the fight with Hatton, I actually thought he was great and I hoped that was his true personality and that made me really happy but since then, seeing his boring, kiddy derogatory remarks, I realise that was the act.

The guy really is a ****ing *****!

BUT!!

he will always get away with it because he is undoubtably one of the best boxers the World has seen.
