    nigel benn bashed de witt up badly . he was in a right state .

    can anyone find that picture of eubank after the thompson fight, when his head has that monstrous lump on it ?

    also, benn after the mclellan fight, his jaw swelled up to twice the size and he had to be lifted into the bath, pissed blood for days.

    tszyu after hatton was in a bad way, as was hatton after collazo.

    Was it Rahman-Holyfild where Rahman's forehead balooned up? A similar thing happened to Alan Minter against Sugar Ray Seales. Also, don't forget Carmen Basilio in the second Robinson fight (remember the eye?) or Mando Ramos against Sugar Ramos (both eyes). I recall that photo of both fighters busted up pretty bad, I think it was Ad Wolgast against Battling Nelson. But Willard against Dempsey has to be the worst.

    Humberto Gonzalez in the second Carbajal fight. Nasty cut! Can't believe it wasn't stopped. Gonzalez even went on to win!

    Frank Fletcher was usually a mess... In a number of his wins!

    Foreman looked terrible after the Stewart fight.

    And Marciano's nose was destroyed by Charles in their rematch, to the point that a swab was put up there and popped out the other end!

    that rahman one is horrific . that must really friggin hurt. eubank had an almost identical injusy against carl thompson.

    Has anyone mentioned Mercer after the Cooper fight?

    Mercer won handily but his damned jaw had a swelling comparable to the one on Rahman's forehead after his match with Holyfield. Horrific looking.
