    Lol.

It's more to do with the opportunity cost of engaging with you.

    Enjoy your evening.

If youre giving it to John fisher then you have to point out Gareth hypocrisy. He will stick it on John like he did but he will kiss the money men’s arses even when they’re talking shite

Telling a professionally qualified journalist with 30 years of experience he hasn't got a clue is a disgrace, and that he was in need of his advice, that was an amygdala hijack on Bosh Snr's part.

No offence to Bosh, but that's like the guy who flips burgers in McDonald's telling a professional chef he doesn’t know how to make a burger.

It's no different than the people who used to and still come on here and tell people like Billy Nelson he hasn't got a clue.

That's the ignorance, that’s the narcissism, and it's also the epitome of someone stuck on the summit of Mt. Stupid that Dunning-Kruger describe.

Just like the guy who thinks and probably truly believes he told me earlier, that’s the type of person you would give directions to Soi-Six, only to find him an hour later lost down 6/1 getting bent over and rinsed by a ladyboy.

That's just my take, and this is what leads to people in GAD position having to kiss ass to get access; Kugan also knew exactly what he was doing putting Bosh on that call; it was classic clickbait, and he probably triangulated, and wound Bosh up in advance, because look how he titled the video.

It's all about the views, baby; that’s the generation we live in, that and trolls, two sides of the same low-grade narcissistic coin. Social Media totally revolutionised narcissistic supply for narcissists, hence why it's overflowing with them and thus why I infrequently post on any platform.

I don’t think Big John’s issue was Gareths opinion it was the words he used and the way he said them. Big John must think they had a personal relationship hence his outburst.

Big John was the first to say it was close and could have went Allen’s way whereas Gareth said it was a disgrace etc.

I had it 5 rounds each with Allen winning one round 10-8 after watching it back. Gareth is a mouthpiece for his paymasters he gets paid to go on the radio and state the obvious which fans already know. He doesn’t come out with any fascinating technical breakdowns.

    100 %

Bosh Snr felt slighted/betrayed by GAD and lost his shite because he thought they were Bro's, especially after he and Spencer had appeared on an episode of BoshTV and shared a Chinese. Big John's reaction though was disproportionate to the surrounding circumstance but that's how narcissistic rage normally manifests itself.

It's also improbable that GAD would have voiced his opinion on the fight in the way he did if he and Bosh were sitting next to one another on fight night.

Anyone who is getting paid to appear would be a mouthpiece as that is the bargain being made, precisely why the 9-5 rat race has effectively evolved into modern slavery, but an unfortunate necessity for most. Hence why GAD will never win a Pulitzer and is clearly looked upon as a sycophant by the majority of people on this board, myself included.

One of the reasons I chose to read this board over the vast majority of content put out by the social-media commentators, is that they don't have ****-you money, and FU money is not a number it's a mindset.

Yet in the context of the interaction between GAD and Bosh Snr, Snr was in the wrong and his mask did in fact slip,

Difference of opinion aside, what is your take on Barry McGuigan as a fighter, father, and businessman, along with his recent appearance on I'm a Celebrity?

What a load of absolute shite. Professional chefs, as you put it, are objectively held to a standard. Davies isn’t. Sport journalism isn’t based on meritocracy. It’s based on being a mouthpiece for the money men. If someone has fifty years of service in boxing journalism, it speaks more to the fact that they’ve been a good arse licker and propagandist.

You’re putting out some interesting posts worth reading but can’t agree with you on Davies but see your point

Tris Dixon always seems brave enough to go against the narrative, such as his book on CTE which got a lot of criticism at the time. Adam Catteral is good when he is acting professionally but can't stand him when he's with Nick 'uncle Turki' Peet. They come across as a pair of excited secondary school kids. Simon Jordan, although a bit of an imposter to boxing is not afraid to ask the tough questions which is what we want to hear but he lost credit for me when he had Nigel Benn on his podcast and shat it big time.
