Most Brutal fights

Good shout...this happens to be next on my rewatch/rescore list.

 

Came here to sight this one. Both those guys were absolute dogs in the ring. Ludicrous stuff, they were killing one another.

 

Corrales vs Castillo for obvious reasons. Both men wailed on the others body with huge shots. In Joe Goossen’s own words:
“The beating Diego got from Castillo's body punches was unbelievable," Goossen said. "They took a urine sample and it looked like a bottle of tomato juice."

Corrales told Goossen he was sore for months. One report said that Castillo stayed in a dark room at home in Mexico for weeks afterward.

It was like nothing I have ever seen," Goossen said. "It was 30 fights rolled into one night. People said later that that fight had to take a lot out of both guys."

Doug Dewitt vs Nigel Ben was a beat down of epic proportions. Dewitt’s skull getting cracked over and over. The last 4 rounds are so hard to watch.
