    Nope, there are others that noticed Pernell could crack enough if he had too........he just did'nt like getting hit, and so he did'nt.
    .........but as far as punching power is concerned, I'd say Pernell's was on par and likely had better one shot power than JC Chavez himself.
    Chavez did'nt have concussive type of one shot power, he worked at it and his many KO's over good fighters mainly came over the long haul of beatdowns.
    .....so yes, I would say Whitaker likely did have better one shot snap on his shots.

    Of all time? Sugar Ray Robinson. No doubt about it. Post 1960? I would say Ricardo Lopez.

    Salvador Sanchez was a complete fighter, could fight inside, outside, good defense, good pressure fighter
