Worst boxing decision ever? There are a couple of fights that would qualify easy IMO. Certainly Lewis vs Holyfield I is right up there with the worst. To this day I still don't know what fight Eugenia Williams was watching when she scored it for Holyfield.

Leonard vs Hearns II was a clear 3 point victory for Hearns with the two knockdowns IMO. There's no way that Leonard did enough in that fight to earn a draw with Hearns.

As for the most controversial? Definitely Ali vs Norton III is one of the most controversial and worst decisions in the history of the sport. I remember the long duration it took for the judges after the final bell to get the scorecards to the ring announcer. Something definitely was wrong and everyone in press row had Norton winning that fight. Ali was probably given the decision because heavyweight boxing would have probably suffered if Ali retired after losing to Norton in the 3rd fight.

Chuvalo vs Terrell ranks as one of the most controversial decisions as well. I find it amusing that all the press and camera men went to Chuvalo's corner after the fight thinking he was the winner only to have the decision go to Terrell. Terrell did nothing but throw that lazy jab the entire fight and most of Chuvalo's body work during the fight was ignored in the scoring.

Honourable mentions go to Ike Quartey and Pernell Whitaker for their fights against Delahoya. I don't care what anyone says and I'm not a Delahoya hater but I strongly believe he lost those two fights and the only thing that carried him to victory was his name and reputation. I can't say that these decisions would be diluted over memory if Delahoya had any guts to rematch both Ike and Pernell. At the same time, I do feel that Oscar was robbed of the decision against Trinidad, but that's his own fault for not finishing the fight properly.

I had a bigger problem with the Quartey fight (easier to score) than the Whitaker one, but the main problem I had with the Whitaker fight was the amounts he won by. If DLH had won on the cards 114-112, that would be better. But two judges had it 116-110, or 9-3, for DLH.

DLH got lucky against Sturm as well.

I've seen a clip of Ali, I think in the locker room, saying that Norton won the fight.

There's to many to name, I think BIG name promoters, and television royalties have ruined boxing, and ppv.
