What a fight that was firstly. ****ing ref jumps in when Kawoya is trading back....then Meekins gets his lights turned off but in fairness i think it's right decision. The ref waved fight off as that punch was flung..but the Ref felt Kawoya was in no position to defend himself (how wrong he was) but imo he can't change the call..he already waved it off. Timing's everything in boxing..not just for fighters.
Whoever that fella is, talking at the end on the commentary........he's the same guy who shouts after Holyfeild vs Bowe round 10. "Thats one of the greatest heavyweight rounds EVER..! PERIOD" I used to have that commentary of Holyfield VS Bowe saved.
thnak sfor that link, mad fight and the ending is defo controversial. The ref went on instinct and did not see that knock out punch.
