I know this may just end up drawing [insert boxer here] haters to chime in, but here goes...

Just off the top, from what I can recall:

    • Racism (both before & after) & bottle-throwing following Minter vs Hagler (you stay classy, National Front...)
    • Panama Lewis: Collins vs Resto
    • Panama Lewis: Pryor vs Arguello ("black bottle" fight; asthma medication dissolved in water to increase breathing capacity)
    • Liston vs Clay/Ali: Allegations that Joe Pollino, Liston's cornerman, used astringent to temporarily blind their opponents (supposedly the tactic was also used vs Machen & Williams)
    • Bowe vs Tillery I: Tillery kicking Bowe a few times after Bowe jabbed at him after the Round 1 closing bell
    • Tyson ear-biting: Even Tyson admitted in his latest documentary that he disgraced the sport by losing composure & violating the Marquis/Marquess of Queensbury rules.
    • Oliver McCall's emotional, crying breakdown in his rematch vs Lennox Lewis
    • The one that really stands out for me is James Butler sucker punching Richard Grant AFTER their gloves had been taken off when Grant came to hug Butler after winning the decision. & yes, it's the same James Butler who murdered Max Kellerman's brother, Sam.
There have to be tons more. Let's not count decision robberies, alleged "duckers", & trash talking; let's list the really over-the-top, ridiculous disgraces.

Danny Williams vs. Konstantin Airich has to go down as one of the dirtiest fights in recent boxing memory. The whole fight was a mess, both fighters fouled constantly and it was all topped by Airichs promoter Öhner himself hitting the bell after only two min. into a round when his fighter was in trouble - and it was tolerated by the ref and the ring officials!

Danny Williams may be a courageous warrior, but he's also one of the dirtiest fighters in recent times.

Oh yeah, and an obvious one: Margarito trying to load his gloves against Shane Mosley.

I don't think Oli McCalls breakdown in itself was disgraceful. I mean he didn't do it on purpose, he just was a nervous wreck. And he didn't hurt anybody but himself with it.
What was disgraceful was Don King taking Oli McCall out of rehab a short time before that, only to make the rematch happen. McCall had drug problems and was in no condition to enter the ring. I wonder how the WBC could let have this happen, well money talks I guess.. (btw this is the same organization who fines their fighters for swearing)

Rahman QUITTING against James Toney and the outcome being changed to a NC. No matter how you put it, Rahman quit. Yeah, he had a cut, but it wasn't that bad. He just realized that Toney wasn't as shot as he expected..
The doc took a look at the cut and said he could continue - then Rahman shouted 'no, I can't see, stop it'. The doc advised the ref to stop the fight, which he did, and it was announced as a TKO victory for Toney. One minute after that Rahman walked around the ring, no blood, no problems with his sight whatsoever, giving interviews and saying he's gonna appeal the decision with the CSAC. Two weeks after that the fight was declared a NC... and Rahman got a shot at Wladimir Klitschko, in which he quit again.

Goes back a while but Lamotta vs Fox where Lamotta admitted to throwing the fight for the mob. To this day, the legitamacy of other title fights is still in question as is the influence of mafia in boxing.

Boxers who tested positive for steroids.

Old ass boxers who never know when to hang 'em up (because of money).

    Everytime John Ruiz fights.

I mean, their generalizations, but it happens a lot in boxing.

Collins vs Resto is the worst imo.

Another would be Duran quitting against Sugar Ray.

Wow, that's my 1st viewing. That was so atrocious that I couldn't even finish watching. Fuggin travesty.

Which reminds me of the bitchass, ******ed refs in Bute vs Andrade I & Cintron vs Martinez.

Malignaggi having to get his hair cut during a fight was disgraceful.
