When Blab Judah threw his stool at the referee, hit him, acted like a baby!

Zab's intentional low-blow followed by a rabbit-punch to the back of Mayweather's head to try and save himself from the ass whipping he was getting.

Zab's quiting against Clottey was pathetic as well.

    Margarito glove loading.

    Duckiao refusal of blood testing.

That was the most pitiful **** ever.

Just like Hopkins tried to do vs Calzaghe...

Same with Maskaev vs Rahman I

Sergei Kobozev (who handed a young John Ruiz his first loss at CW) being murdered by some gangsters from Little Odessa.

Holyfield, Hopkins, and perhaps on his way to be Andre Ward, using their head as a 3rd punch and making it a regular part of their offensive arsenal during their career's

(Tyson is no innocent man but i was glad seeing him bite Evanders ****ing ear off after all his headbutting, especially since Evander always plays his "i'm religious & therefore a good guy" b.s. even though he has a dozen kids out of wedlock and was a dirty fighter)

Okay, thanks for clarifying. But I wasn't connecting the bottle-throwing with post-fight racists. Those were the National Front jaggovs outside the venue.

Hence my phrasing: "Racism (both before & after) & bottle-throwing..."

:good Definitely asinine of Hopkins. I remember seeing Roach in an interview shortly afterwards saying that he doesn't think Hopkins is actually racist, that he was just hyping up the fight (via gratuitous race card-pull, as you noted), & that if he was racist, he'd never have allowed Roach to train him for that fight.

Looking back, though, it sticks out as a bizarro, anti-version of what Minter had said about Hagler.

    Uncle Tom.

I respect Ali in a lot of ways, but what he was doing in trying to belittle someone who used to help him out and be nothing but his friend, and only then to turn on him and call him 'ignorant', a gorilla and so on and on, was beyond the pale. This was the guy who seemed to revel in the fact he could emascalate someone at every opportunity and forget the friendly relationship they once had.

I think for Frazier, as it would be for anyone I guess, a total and utter betrayal, and surely the last straw would have been in Ali even going so far as to criticise the very race, heritage and cultural they are by calling them an 'Uncle Tom' - when in reality, it could have been seen as the complete role-reversal between the two. Ali did a character assassination that Frazier hasn't forgotten, and it's not hard to understand why. And the fact that Ali has never apologised to Frazier face-to-face in all the following years, despite saying that he was remorseful must still play a part in Frazier's reluctance to let go his own hatred of the once friend who betrayal him so publicly and personally. In his case, Frazier at least has some justification in thinking so lowly of Ali.

    Shameful episode in boxing history.

This is true, if you watch the Movie by Will Smith. Frazier did in fact actually help Ali, and so forth.

Upon refection I think I'm doing a disservice to Frazier in thinking there's hatred for Ali - something that he's very well entitled to. I think animosity would have been the better word there. Sorry, Champ!

    - Smokin' Joe, clearly, is having fun - but what about Ali, lost in his silent cocoon? "He hollered a lot but, hey dog, it's more than 30 years now. I don't hate anyone. Let him try and put his life back together. We done with fighting. What do we need to be angry about? We been through enough wars."

Frazier was played by James Toney in that movie. Now imagine if the real Frazier has had Toneys mouth back then - I don't think Ali could have behaved the way he did then..

    A few not yet mentioned

The riots caused by Riddick Bowe's entourage after the Tillery bout.

The WBC violating its own rules to strip Graciano Rocchigiani and give the belt to Roy Jones (which was how they almost ended up bankrupt).

Tex Rickard refusing to make any fights involving black fighters.

Wow! I had never seen this fight before and I ain't never seen no kinda **** like this in my entire life. This confirms it for me - there are no rules in Europe. Pure anarchy, anything goes. I dunno what kind of Mickey Mouse bull**** they routinely allow over there in Spain but this is an abomination and clearly unacceptable. Somebody shoulda got fired behind this ****.

Hagler being ruled "knocked down" in the Roldan fight.:-(
    Martinez-Cintron(No need for explanation)
    Hatton-Lazcano."Tie your shoes"
Love them as fighters but still gotta admit these: Hopkins dirty tactics, Mayweather ducking below the waist and getting away with it, Holyfield headbutts, Margarito loaded gloves, Barrera fighting dirty(see Marquez & Hamed fights), and Ali holding behind his opponent's heads.
