I don't mean as in round 3 of Hagler-Hearns which was technically the "last round" but I mean rounds that were actually last rounds and both guys went at it like crazy or a come from behind knockout was scored...

Round 15 of Limon-Chacon 4 has to be there, and I think I know a certain Chavez fight that will be mentioned.

Ingo v Brian London. Ingo won because he got knocked out with less then 10 seconds remaining and could not be counted out.

March 17th, 1990. Round 12 of Julio César Chávez vs. Meldrick Taylor was certainly a dramatic last round.

Round 15, Frazier vs Ali, was plenty dramatic - an incredible top off to a great fight.

Limon-Chacon 4 is my favorite long fight of all-time. As with anything else, context matters. If you just watch the round today and know nothing about the fight or the history of the rivalry, it just seems like a very good, exciting round but not necessarily spectacular. However, you add in all of the other factors and it becomes an amazing round.

Leonard vs Hearns 2. Tommy was up on all the cards and almost suffered another TKO loss from Ray Leonard like he did in their first fight in '81. But the Hitman stood his ground.

You see it as "Hearns stood his ground".
I see it as Leonard simply " Ran out of time*.
If that fight was for 15 rds, aame results as the 1st.
