I know "back in the day" a lot of fights ended in draws, but I was wondering about the most draws for modern day fighters. Something like maybe 1920's and on.

I found a figher Perico Fernandez who finished with a record of 83-28-15. 15 draws, sounds crazy. He fought from 1972 to 1987 and was the WBC light Welterweight champion for one fight.

Who can you find with more draws?

Archie Moore had 11 draws but I think we'll be hard pushed to find someone with more than 15.

Yeah, right after I posted this I went and looked at his record, thinking he might have had him beat.

Valentin Angelmann has 16 (121-39-16) but fought from 27 to 46. According to the rules I stated in the initial post he started in the 20's, so I guess this can count, but I am interested in more modern fighters with a ton of draws. (Don't ask me why, lol)

    Theo Medina: 91-44-14

Hans Schemig: 43-26-17 (That's a lot of draws for that percentage of fights)
