    Ali?
Bigger than life figure, witty, funny, loudmouth... you name it. But that was just outside the ring. Inside the ring he was flashy, precise and KO'd dudes. On top of that he had numerous wars and rivalries.

Rocky Balboa. Apollo Creed, Clubber Lang and Ivan Drago were pretty cool too.

Jorge Paez in the 1980's he was an original with colored Mohawk hair and for one ring entrance he wore a wedding dress . For all that he could fight and did well , at age 22 winning the IBF featherweight belt , as he moved up in weight he was less successful .

Yeah Hearns was great to watch. His power, combined with his susceptibility to punchers made his fights always tense and drama filled affairs. Plus his jab was a thing of beauty, I could just watch him throw that jab for 12 rounds and be entertained.

So so many to choose from. Each different style of boxer brings value and entertainment to the boxing scene. Some folks like KO artist. Some like the sweet science. Some like come forward - Offense is Defense. Some like Heart first, then IQ. Some like "Have it all". Personally, I'm not prone to liking just one style so it's hard for me to choose just one. Here's a short list of boxers that fit those categories:

    Roberto Duran
    George Forman
    Mike Tyson
    Aaron Pryor
    Marvin Hagler
    Tito Trinadad
    Joe Calzaghe
    Hector Camacho
    Pernell Whitaker
    Arturo Gatti
    Johnny Tapia
    Sugar Ray Robinson
    Sugar Ray Leonard
    Julio Ceasar Chavez
    Oscar DelaHoya
    Many Pacquiao

for a local fighter i never remembler michael gomez been in a dull fight (maybe apart from the irish fight) he use to just drag anyone he could into a dog fight and it was always a war

sergio martinez always had a huge output as well,, and for a good mover he always used to get dragged into wars

gamboa as well when he was motivated... he was either getting put on his arse or putting somone on theirs

So many: Ali, Gatti, Hearns, Duran, Leonard, Pryor, Armstrong, Robinson, Holyfield, Saad Muhammad, Fletcher, Graziano, Zale, Little Red, Yaqui Lopez, Chacon, Ward, Vazquez, Marquez just to name some. Of course entertainment value doesn't necessarily translate to actual greatness, but rather great fights. Just call me Captain Obvious.
