Don't try reasoning with spud1 -- he has proven time and again to be saddled with a very special type of mental ******ation. See his thread about sparring w/ 16oz gloves for proof.

is it just me or is Khan exciting to watch as well? Mainly because of his chin? I remember in the Kotelnik fight, even if the fight in itself consisted of Khan moving around a lot... I was still on the edge of my seat because I kept think "the moment he gets hit with a good one he's going down!"

So what you're saying is Floyd really is a racist, woman beating low life who likes to show off his money and that it's not all an act like the other *****s who claim Floyd plays the villain to sell PPV?

Of course that's what you're saying because you just said you don't support boxers "who act".

i'm a bit biased being british but haye i think is the most exiting heavyweight

Froch has been in the most exciting fights in the last couple of years outwith the dirrel fight

    froch - pascal
    froch - taylor
    froch - kessler

i fully expect froch - abraham to be just as exciting

pac is exciting as an individual fighter but his fights are too one sided to be exciting contests

JuanMa, at the moment, although my opinion on this changes week by week. Like InternationalButt said, there are too many ways to measure 'exciting', and arguably certain fighters are exciting because of the things they do wrong rather than what they do right.

For example, I enjoy the way JuanMa fights because he's a good boxer with a good boxing approach, but then sometimes he'll stand there and bang with someone for the sake of his ego when he's already mopping the floor with them on the scorecards. Completely idiotic, and one day he'll probably be caught out, but it makes for an exciting fight.

JMM's exciting because he's got that weird blend of smarts and balls, and you never know which one's going to show itself, whether he's going to get KO'd or pull it off.

I can't call Pac exciting at the moment. He's not taken any interesting stylistic match-ups and is operating well inside his comfort zone. He was exciting-as-hell under 140, but not recently.
