    Not because of the champions.
    Because of abundance of good challengers:

    Sergio Martinez, Alex Bunema, Alfredo Angulo, Joel "Love Child" Julio, James Kirkland, John Duddy, Ronald Hearns, Vanes Martirosyan, Joe Greene, Deandre Latimore, Julie Cesar Chavez Jr.:bbb

    why leave out the champs?

    Santos, Dzinziruk

    and Alcine is a good challenger.

    In terms of the division with the best challengers, then I would have to say 168..

    Kessler, Bute, Andrade, Taylor, Inkin, Miranda, Froch, Lacy, Bika, Pascal, Green, Mundine, Manfredo Jr., Stieglitz, Zuniga, Dirrell

    By far.

    154 may be seen as exciting because many are on the same level. However, the level isn't very good.

    Not the most exciting division. Hard to beat Welterweight, as I see it.
