    Exciting doesn't always equal great and exciting is up to the beholder, but if we're going by action-enticing style and high action fights they've been in among top or near top level fighters...

    Could have been the best trilogy ever had they not had that last fight.

    In the last ten years: Manny Pacquiao, Israel Vazquez, Juan Manuel Marquez, Erik Morales, Giovanni Segura, Lucas Matthysse, Brandon Rios, Orlando Salido, Robert Guerrero, Andre Berto, Victor Ortiz. Before that Arturo Gatti, Micky Ward, Johnny Tapia, Bert Cooper, Evander Holyfield, Mike Tyson, Michael Carbajal, etc.

    Good post. Almost every other post suggested fighters from before 2005. The question is kind of who since Gatti retired is as dynamic and compelling as him. Of yours I wouldn't vote for Ioka though. Really good boxer, but a patient, pretty classic boxer. Doesn't have the dynamisn and spirit of Inoue.
