Bruno in the Tyson rematch. For a 15 year veteran to be scared like that, is an absolute disgrace IMO.

Clinton shouldn't be on that list thats a disgreace IMO. Something was up with him that night and i dont care what anyone says.

Clinton maybe a lot of things but gutless is not one of them. You dont stand toe to toe with Glen Johnson for 36 rounds if your gutless.

    For me, its Akinwande.

Can you imagine a fight between the Nelson that fought deLeon and the Witter that fought Judah? They would probably cover more miles than Paula Radcliffe without a single punch being thrown.

Clinton isn't gutless at all - in fact I felt he was very brave taking a beating from Roy Jones.

But he was gutless that night IMO - if something was really up with him them either cancel the fight, or some out swinging and go out on your sword.

Don't put those kind of thoughts into people's heads.

They will go and watch fishing on Discovery +1 rather than sport :yep

He got whuped for 12 rounds, gutless IMO would have been quiting after 5-6 when he knew he couldn't win.

You're being a bit harsh, to be honest. If I remember rightly Julius trained well for that fight and genuinely wanted to do well. He went down from half arsed punches, but I don't think there was anything he could do about it.
I thought he showed guts for getting up and making it through to the 2nd round.

I wouldnt use the word gutless but the harrison williams fight was terrible but i was more disappointed with the woods tarver fight. Here was a guy who had been 36 rounds with johnson and just didnt seem to want to fight after a few rounds. I really thought tarver was there for the taking but woods seemed afraid to go and attack. Big disappointment but i wouldnt call the guy gutless.

Locket took some shots - this has to be Audley Harrison vs Williams I hands down for me. I have never seen another fight as bad as that one - neither were willing to throw or do anything.

Absolutely this is a stupid thread, like many on here I've never boxed so would never question the courage of someone who did. :good

I haven't made any decisions, I'm offering an opinion.
If you don't like the thread, then don't post in it.

Agreed. He was really rubbish, but certainly not gutless.
