Personally, I don't have much time for Wilder. Trying to be badass by talking about looking to kill someone in the ring (for the same reason I didn't like Tyson back in the day) and then making excuses about wearing a silly costume when entering the ring... Mike at least didn't mess about with silly 40 lbs costumes and then use them as an excuse.

 

Terrible nickname. As catchy goes, it's hardly the Italian Stallion, is it?

I'm with McVey. Hamed and Eubank were unbearably full of themselves. But Broner proved that whatever our boys can do, Americans tend to just do it better and was 10x the arsewipe Chris and Naz could ever dream of being,

To be fair, I've heard a few stories of Hamed away from the spotlight and he can be a nice guy, by all accounts.

No such stories on Eubank. I hate the way he calls himself English to differentiate between himself and his son, Chris. He was the pillock who named him! Instead of giving himself a stupid, pretentious nickname, why did he not just give his son a different name from his own in the first place, the utter tool?

Paul Weller's real name is John William Weller. Paul is a nickname bestowed on him by - his mum and dad. The very people who could have just called him Paul from the get-go. A propos nothing.

Wilder is the biggest moron/buffoon since Riddick Bowe.

 

Not sure, Stallion. He was temperamental but never quite stirred me to feel anything about him, really. He hadn't got the arrogance of a Broner, nor was he an out and out bad egg like, say, James Butler.

Dislike of him? Yeah. Nearer that, I'd say. He seemed very dislikeable when he was fighting (unlike his persona in retirement where he is cast as a bit of a suave gentleman, bizarrely) but lacked the charisma to be actually hated.
