    probably margarito but you could look at it like

    he got easy wins over cintron who's not even that good
    and clottey was injurred during his fight

    so just depends on how you want to look at it

    Margarito of course. His loss to Williams was not a total defeat in which I saw Margo coming back in the late rounds.
    Williams however is not very distant to being at the top of the WW division.
