Duran was very intimidating. I mean, he stares at you, had a mean look on his face, dark haired and dark beard, cold, dark eyes, he was merciless, looked like one that was gonna beat you badly, was very good at psychological warfare, he could get into people's heads, had those Hands of Stone which almost always backed up his arrogance, had a crazy ability to hurt bigger men while he carries weight, he says things like he isn't god but something similiar, and he was quite confident. He was a demon!

    Other guys:
Sam Langford, not scary, but his rare skilled led to people like Johnson not wanting to fight him again, and he was being ducked all career long.
Barbados Joe Walcott, he had CRAZY power for a very short guy, and you could not hurt him to the head. The bigger his opponents were the harder they fell to the ground!
Aaron Pryor, he had a nasty look, mean demeanor, and swarms all over you.
Jack Johnson, very sarcastic, very arrogant, he had no respect for anyone, good at trash talking, he was never ashamed of himself.
Ali, not intimidating, but he was the master of psychological warfare.

i know what the question was i just though it was worth saying. I wouldn't be frightened of him after that fight though, anyhow when people try to intimidate me i laugh at them. I know a guy who was on comunity service because he battered someone broke their jaw and ****ed them up pretty bad, he and another guy were trying to intimidate me saying there gonna do me in and there gonna knock me out, to cut a long story short he ended up crying and the other guy was shitting himself hahaha i was pissing myself laughing. he was like 13 stone and i was like 9 stone and i was only 15.

Duran was probably the most infuriating. Tyson the most intimidating.
