I'd rather take a Cro Cop LHK than have Anderson crack my ribs then budge my nose under my ear with those hideous boneknees

But in terms of a single strike, then CCLHK = Suzi Q

 

I kind of like Bas Ruttens open palm strikes in Pancrase. They were very effective in early MMA and even in Vale Tudo. Mark Kerr used to use them alot.

And what about Kid Yamamoto's flying knee? Miyata was in hospital for months after that and had to have his jaw reconstructed. That bout was a whole 4 seconds long.
