most likely to happen ...ward/kova 2

Ward-Kovalev reminds me of Wonderboy-Woodley in MMA. Every time they fight it's likely to be a close battle and an ugly fight.

 

I think Kovalev goes all in, reckless and brutal. He won't fight as cautious as before, he thought he was ahead on the scorecards and tried to play safe. This time he will go for the knockout and be willing to take punches.

Depends on how Ward is able to respond to this. Will he outbox Kovalev and avoid getting hit? Will he maybe land lucky punch and knock Kovalev out? Who knows, I would like to see Kovalev knocking him out early. I think Ward isn't good for this sport and he isn't humble.

I pick Kovalev by KO in the first half of the fight, around round 5 or 6.

 

Kovalev goes crazy for the KO, if he gets it then great but if he doesnt hes all blown out by the mid point and Ward takes the 2nd half of the fight.

I bet if Sergey just went all out and tried to remove Wards skull he'd get the KO. He'd get through with something eventually.

Not saying he's going to fight that way but if he did... Ward would be hitting the deck again. A few times.

 

Ward will be stomped.

 

I'm expecting a close, controversial fight again. Despite Ward coming back from the knockdown, the fight was still tight with little to choose between them in the championship rounds. Both are too good IMO to get blown out one way or the other.
