    If we are talking 80s onwards, then Kelvin Seabrooks deserves a mention at 21-13, when he won his IBF 118lbs crown.

    Luis Santana was 38-15 when he beat Norris

    As mention Pendelton was 34-17-4

    Steve Little was 21-13-2

    An honourable mention to Willy Salazar who beat an unbeaten IBF 115lbs champ in Danny Romero with a 41-21-1 record, in a non title match...
