Its unfair to say Valuev. He lost to Holyfield, Chagaev, possibly Ruiz (I'll have to take people's word) and Haye, but those are top heavyweights. Obviously he looks more menacing than you'd expect him to be as a former title-ist, but he has a lot of respectable names on his resume. He certainly can't be compared to the guy in the original video, its not like McCall's son would be KO'ing Valuev in the first round :yep
LMAO Yeah why didn't I think him....my mind was thinking solely boxers. For a man so massive and strong he's alarmingly vulnerable to guys half his size. His horrible technique(all based on pure strength with no leverage) and stamina(a combination of carrying all that mass, bad technique and the bad strategy of spending everything within the first minute of the fight) counter-act his physicality. All that size doesn't mean super durability either. He's been hurt/Koed by shots to the head and body. He sometimes shows lots of heart...or he gets hit hard then sits down and cries like against Cro-Cop lmao
I aint comparing him only to the average poster on this forum. Can't nobody say Baldomir is a bad fighter, he based his style off of sheer toughness.

Exellent post :thumbsup Yeah the Cro-Cop fight was particulally distubing to wach given his physical stature, As soon as i saw this thread i was like yeah Bob Sapp's in there and was surprised no-one had mentioned it (allbeit being a boxing thread) It is so wierd to see sombody of his size and build have virtually no chin, i mean his neck is like a tree trunk, yet he wept like a girl after being hit by someone a quarter of his size Your 1st paragraph pretty much summed it up in a nutshell :good
The Kingpin 'cause he looked menacing against previous opponents and projected himself as a big threat to Vitali, but in the end he 'could not fight'
Gonna have to go with Michael Grant. He looked like he was a Lebron James type of athlete. Unfortunately he's not even close. And I know he isn't a boxer but I have to mention Bob Sapp!
Grant was an awesome fighter who would beat anyone under heavyweight. He even got a shot at one of the greatest fighters who ever lived.
He would beat anyone under HW? Doesn't that apply to basically every HW??? I mean dude, I don't have a problem if you're a fan of his but he's not going to get credit for winning a handicap match. Even if Grant can beat Manny Pacquiao nobody cares.
Size matters. You wouldn't take a fighter's speed away, so why take his size away? Bigger is better, and Grant was bigger than many.
