Is Haney a bit of a twat? I don't know anything about the lad but not many are singing his praises. I expect him to beat Lomachenko.

I'm picking Haney but if Loma gets robbed on the cards that's not excuses being made.

He looks slow and unfocused. He peeks outside while punching the bag. He probably thinks "what am I still doing here in gym at the age of 35? I want to go out and live"

Really hope Lomachenko wins. If he does he's cemented himself as an ATG in the pro ranks. 20 fights 18 wins and fighting world champions pretty much from the start.

Hard task ahead of him though.

Ukrainians been slagging him an Usyk lately , they were never loved , but I’ve seen loma express his opinion about metropolitan pavel and ukrainian peasants lost their minds.

His footwork doesn´t work all that well vs bigger opponents. He could not do to Lopez what he did to Rigo, and it does have to do with size.

I agree, however it worked well against Nakatani although the skill level was lower.

Lopez got leathered thoroughly in the second half of the fight.

Loma needs to make sure he doesn't get kambozo'd. That means just trying to lunge and come in with no jab, which will be tough against a fast & mobile righty with a great jab.

Loma is a lefty though and the jab can be kind of taken away with upperbody movement like Usyk does. Should be a great fight and Loma can hurt you in the second half of the fight. Man, 2 weeks to go now.

Yet he showed how a lot of Lomas footwork isn´t as effective vs bigger men as it is vs men Lomas size.
I think I misinformed my thoughts there. I should have said "Loma´s footwork isn´t as effective vs bigger men".

More seasoned for sure. … do you think he is more motivated then when he faced salido?
