Sergio Martinez deserves a mention here. Takes up boxing at 20 and becomes a P4P fighter.

Jones Jr.. The combination of power in both hands, and handspeed, to go with natural athletic ability. It will be a long while before we see another boxer from 160 to 175 pounds with faster hands then all the guys in the lower weights.

Mike Tyson used to practice his defense with WWs. Thats unreal for a 215 lb HW.

Benitez was the first guy I thought of. It's scary to think of how much he achieved at such a young age, often with minimal preparation.

Hector Camacho had freakish natural talent.

RJJ was a freak of nature and is the most gifted boxer of the modern generation. Yes you have boxers like Floyd, but he backs it up with a lot of dedication and training. He is a master of boxing. Also, Pac deserves a mention, that guy has great athletic abilities.

Other notable mentions would be SRL, Ali and Haye. The first two obviously great boxers to backup their gifts but Haye has outstanding athleic ability. Another one i nearly forgot is Nas. He truly had amazing athletic ability, in speed, reflexes and power.

I think some people assume the most skilled are the most naturally gifted.I would disagree.I think the most naturally gifted are the ones the fundamentals come easily to,like Arguello,Don Curry,McCallum and Vernon Forrest.
Most of the obvious choices are already mentioned,I tried to think of slightly less standout selections.

Toney started at 20 and became arguably an ATG.

Obviously Sergio is not at Toney's level but for him to accomplish so much at such a late age speaks to his talent more than his training.
