Leon took a beating I’ve only watched it once and that was live.

That's an odd one of sorts, because Cobb never really looks hurt. It's just bad to watch when the rounds get up there and you think about exactly how many full power right hands to the face Cobb has taken, how the skill mismatch means he has zero hope of making anything happen, and how the ref just lets it go on for 15 rounds like that. Cobb is lucky he didn't die in his sleep that night from a brain bleed or something.

Prince Charles Williams against Merqui Sosa was a brutal back and forth brawl that was stopped because BOTH men were deemed to be taking too much punishment.

Tszyu v Chavez was just nasty. JCC was shopworn by then and Tszyu was in prime killing mood. Poor JCC copped a frightful beating before it was waved off in the middle rounds.

Obviously Holmes v Ali. The event that should never have happened.

Frazier vs Foreman I and II. Just a bad mismatch of styles for Joe who was brave in both bouts but was on the end of two absolute hammerings.

Joe Frazier battering Terry Daniels. Daniels showed more heart than a legion of Roman Centurions and just kept dragging himself up. Brutal to watch.
