Most over- and underrated non-heavyweights on this forum?

    Pacquiao was most physically dominant at 126 pounds. It was his most comfortable and natural weight class. He was rehydrating about 10 pounds at featherweight.

    Look at it this way. Morales was a natural featherweight and a bigger man than Pacquiao.

    We should never lose sight at how little Manny actually was.

    Aaron Pryor gets underrated on here. I can't think of many fighters around his weight I would back against him.

    Frank Bruno seems to get a lot of props based on giving top fighters a bit of trouble, but I think he'd come up short in any era.
