Loads of em. Canelos a good shout. Its cause its an end of an era, legends from the previous generation are all retiring, have already done so, or will be soon, and fans are desperate to have new fighters take their place But those are some massive boots to fill, and a lot of the guys today just aint up to the job
If you think Mayweather is overated, you know nothing about boxing Boxing is about hitting and not being hit, Mayweather is someone who has perfected this art (in the ring) If you dont like it, go watch 2 man bum each other on the floor
Austin Trout . He wins a close fight against Cotto where both fighters did not look good and automatically he becomes the new face of boxing . Thank god for Canelo beating him , the hype train has been derailed for now .
he makes a good point... boxing has and always will be about hitting and not getting hit, making them miss, they worry, they suddenly wont throw 70 punches a round you have em throwing 30... they are scared.. in 2 or 3 rounds you have made a lion into a tame kitten. you slowly apply more pressure and watch them gobsmacked as they have NO ANSWER for what you are doing 3 month training to handle what mayweather does in every fight and no fighter can even come close to figuring him out... you cant call him overated especially because he cops way to much hate on here and 95% of his fans dont tout him as the GOAT or in the top 10...
i think matthyse is the most overated.. dont get me wrong I LIKE THE GUY, his hard to hate and easy on the eyes if you like power punching but i just dont think he is the monster people are making him out to be. he has great power but a good boxer can avoid getting hit from his heavy hands. he is still young so i hope he can become a crafty boxer with bricks in his hands but as it stands right now i feel he is overated
Floyd. He has not really proven himself vs any prime ATG's to really deserve some of the accolades he gets. Is he skilled? Hell Yeah but read ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
