Most over-rated champion today?

    Which one of these fighters is the most over-rated champion/ex-champion?

    My pick is Celestino Caballero 122lbs. I don't see how he is a "World Champion" and Marquez is not.

    If Margarito is over-rated then according to your post so is Cotto and Mosley?

    (Cotto is not over rate which was brutally beat by Margo and Cotto beat Mosley which never in hell in he over-rated.)
