    i just dont the hype behind him. barely beating a 43 year old b hop. beating manfredo, lacy, and bika doesnt say much in terms of being elite to me. kessler was a solid win but even that isnt an amazing win to me. so i do believe he is overrated

    He's well known. But not that many people seem to rate the guy so how can he be overated?
    Far more people trash him than praise him.

    You're an idiot. Caballero is easily a top 10 fighter below 130 right now, and he has a lot of great wins on his record. He looked like crap in one fight (which he still clearly won), and that's all people seem to remember, not that he dominated guys like Sithchatchawal, Ponce de Leon, Parra and Castillo.

    If we can include ex-champs, I'll go with Hopkins. How anyone can rate him top 5 P4P is beyond me.

    If the question is crappiest beltholder, then there are about 10 guys who are crappier than anyone on the list above.
