In Robinsons time? they would have to be fighting almost every week, less money to train, less comfort. Who knows how they would adapt. When you see those fights on tape, take into consideration that is probably 10 - 20 days after his last fight.....not much time to rest your mind or body right?

Are you taking the ****, i don't even know where to start with this. First off any footage of robinson avaliable is past his prime and 13 pounds above his best weight. And how do you defined skilled. Ive never seen a boxer with throw more skilled combos that robinson, or someone who go throw such short punches as him. The fact you even mentioned mosley as being a better technical boxer shows you have no knowledge of boxing. :patsch :patsch

rjj would have boxed his ears off. if you got srr and brought him forword in time to fight in leonards time he would have been beat.

These "all time" rankings are in reality, pretty silly to begin with.

Roy Jones is much bigger then him and probably the one guy that might be better P4P and H2H.....maybe. Jones was a freak!

Bring him forward? He would be even better, believe that!

Jones was bigger. At MW, it is a pretty even fight. Anything above, Jones wins.

Leonard has a shot at beating him, but I'd favor Robinson. Leonard liked to fight as much as anyone, so unless someone was pressuring him as Hagler was, Leonard would be within reach, and he would likely not get the better of the exchanges.

Very good point. Very tiring sometimes to hear those knowitalls making definitive statements like so-and-so WOULD have done this and WOULD have done that like they have some magical way of knowing for sure. NOT unimportant to have some respect for history though.

Imagine this, Leonard Ellerbe going up to Floyd after "UNDEFEATED" and trying to tell him to go home and rest because he has to fight Miguel Cotto in 3 weeks and has to start preparations tomorrow

Seriously, dude, you have to stop this now before someone finds out where you live and decides to teach you some history.
