Actually none of the ones you mention are overrated.

Because they are all really good fighters.

Overrated would be people like:

McLellan
Toney
Bowe
Michelewski
Bradley

They are no where nearly as good as their devoted fans seem to think.

 

Yeah, I don't really think anyone on the list is over-rated, but Tito comes closest.

B-Hop should not be mention in the same sentences as hall of famers. Bhop makes all of his fights ugly and boring. His defense is highly overrated. All he does is lead with his big head, hold, and lose the first three rounds of every fight! **** BHOP

Nah, for real, Hopkins does have an overrated resume @ MW, when he blotted the MW division out like the Persian's blotted out the sun with their arrows. . . Out of his 21 defenses, 1/3. . YES, 1/3 of them came against the same three guys. . Mercado twice, Allen THRICE, and Echols twice.
