I can understand that,Azzer. I always figured that it would be the Lewis of the SECOND Rahman fight that Tyson would have to deal with, though.
the only other prediction ive made that's gone terribly wrong was Harrison Haye, i actually believe Audley was gonna pull it off :scaredas:
That would have been totally surreal had your prediction been on the money ! Here's my massive prediction **** up - I actually thought Frank Bruno stood an excellent chance in his 1996 rematch with Mike Tyson !!!
i did do a thread on that in that past questioning why Bruno put up little to no effort against Tyson. mcneeley and mathis made more of a fight of it than Bruno and seldom did
there's a Bruno documentary on youtube where Nigel Benn commented that even he was scared because of the atmosphere Tysons entourage were creating. He said 2pac and co were giving Benn throat cutting signs
Were do you get the results here?? Perhaps Jones, but I did score it for Ali. No contest for Liston 2?? What was Ali suppose to do? He hit him, Liston went down. Than Walcott/Nat pretty much mess things up from there. If Liston thown the fight or not should not change the outcome here. I think out of all the mess it stands as a ko. No contest for Cooper? Ali won that one with ease, outside of the knockdown. Cooper was just too cut up to go on. The Norton fights are a other matter. Ali beat Fraizer fair in fight 2. No bad call there. Draw with Shavers?? Not sure on that. Yeah it was not pretty, but Ali may of gotten the nod there.
1. Ali stood over Liston taunting him and then ran around the ring like an idiot instead of going to the neutral corner. He never even made it to the neutral corner by the time Liston got up This was paramount to the confusion that occurred. Arguably could've been a DQ. 2. The glove fiasco could've caused a no contest. I've heard rumors that the glove was intentionally split, but I don't believe them.
