My point is Cotto was a Light Welterweight as an amateur and remained a Light Welterweight when he turned pro even though had a few Welterweight fights here and there but still won the WBO title there as a LW, defended it as many times as he could then moved up. Meaning, he WAS a Light Welterweight and only recently made a big Welterweight approach so NO he isn't a natural Welterweight otherwise he would've been there full-time after 8-10 professional fights which he didn't. You're the clueless dumbass here and I don't give a **** if he was weight drained to death or not, he still was there for a very long time which makes him a former Light Welterweight and if Floyd defeats him that bull**** will be brought him.
