Shavers and Wilder hit harder P4P than anyone else mentioned on your list in terms of pure one punch KO power, both real killers.

It`s the manner in which their opponents collapsed.

Thomas Hearns and Julian Jackson were more impressive than Shavers and Wilder.

How the hell is fury underrated. He was throwing from the floor, full extension swing for the fences and landing flush on wheres wallin to zero effect. He has no power at all.

As far as underrated, Wilder. Hes the hardest puncher in history bar none.

You know Wilder very well may be , but for the time being I'll take the opinion of everyone who ever fought him ,, Earnie Shavers

I'm quite positive that the hardest puncher in history would've kept Ortiz down. Or managed to drop Johansson. Or stopped a 36 year old Stiverne.

    David price.

Always hyped as one of the hardest punchers in the division yet he struggled with Allen, Ali, and little.

He did rock povetkin but still overrated

Pacquiao hurts everyone he fights. The only time he didn´t visually stun or knock down an opponent was when he fought Clottey.
Everyone else gets hurt and most get knocked down as well.
Dude has scored 7 knockdowns since he fought Floyd.

Fury throws mostly arm punches, so that is a given. He rarely sits down on his shots. And when he does, it´s more than respectable power, just not elite.

Level of opposition and style of fighting can make fighters' on-paper KO% seem like they are lesser punchers when they aren't.

    Totally subjective.
Over rated - if you don't like the boxer
Under rated - if you are a fan of the boxer
