Chris Henry-Lt.Heavy / The guy looks like a heavyweight in the ring and he can take a punch (see his fight against Diaconu).

Ali Funeka-Lightweight / The guy is around 6 ft. tall, and looks quite large for a lightweight.

K-9-Light Middle / Not the most skilled boxer, but he sure does look intimidating.

Urbano Antillon-Super Feather / He simply looks intimidating by the way he batters his opponents around the ring.

Yuriorkis Gamboa-Feather / The guy is built like a tank; especially now that he's fighting at 126-he's gonna make his opponents at that weight look anorexic.

Roman Gonzalez-Minimumweight / The guy fights like a man possessed and he has a vicious left uppercut and left hook to the body. He can reign at this weight and possibly even higher for years to come I think. He's very much "the goods".

-I know it's your list, but since I pretty much agree with it I'll take it as reference...
-I would actually switch Clottey with Cintron. I think Clottey is stronger than Cotto also, but doesn't really impose his strength as much in fights, so their rankings seem fair to me. Cintron on the other hands gets moved around and backed up to much by lesser fighters who aren't really that strong.

i do not see how you can put lacy as the most physically imposing SMW. he got thrown around in the clinch by JC yes he may look like a body builder but i do n ot feel he is the physical strongest out there.

    Welterweight

    1. Paul Williams (36-1-0)

    This content is protected

With an 82" reach (longer than either Klitschko brother) and standing 6'1" tall, Paul Williams is perhaps too tall for his weight. However, he does pack a punch at both 147 and 154 (ask Carlos Quintana), has great durability, and was physically strong enough to hold his own with Margarito in an infight. Complemented by his improving boxing skills and a world class chin, he is arguably the top welterweight in the world.

    2. Antonio Margarito (37-5-0)

Tony is a freak of nature. Despite several big losses, he has never been stopped and always bounced back when the fights mattered. He is now a big money name thanks to his performances against Clottey, Cintron, and Cotto. Toney has an iron cast jaw and is known for volume punching and stamina: he simply never stops throwing. Not only that, but Margarito carries his power from the first round through the last, making him a highly ranked P4P fighter. It also helps that he is a 5'11" welter who can boil down in weight.

    3. Delvin Rodriguez (23-2-2)

At 6'0" tall and with considerable power, Delvin Rodriguez has the physical package to be a force at welterweight. However, whether it's his talent level or his current training regimen, something continues to hold him back from the top level.

    4. Joshua Clottey (35-2-0)

At 5'8" and with a 70" reach, Clottey is above the average welterweight size. What gives him a true edge over opponents is the fact that he boils down from a much higher weight down to the limit of 147 lbs, and is able to do it effectively...that is, without sacrificing any stamina or reflexes. To complement his strength and boxing acumen, Clottey also possesses a seemingly undentable chin.

    5. Shane Mosley (45-5-0)

With a deceptively long 74" reach, the 5'9" Mosley can be considered a big welterweight. Sugar is known for his lightning quick combinations, as well as some two-fisted power of his own. He will always be dwarfed at the weight by the Vernon Forrests and Paul Williams of the world, but is big, quick, and strong enough to hold his own with other physical fighters, even when stepping up to 154 lbs.

    I agree, excellent post.

Pac definitely tops the list in his former weightclasses, though at Welter he has to rely on things other than his strength and size.

I like your list. Cintron is a worthy candidate. Cotto I feel is a bit small at 147 lbs and often has to fall back on skill + stamina, though with his power it can certainly be argued.
