Most Physically Impressive Boxers

Discussion in 'World Boxing Forum' started by checklefthook, Feb 16, 2011.

  1. Skill wise, physical appearance etc, who do you think are the most today aswell as the past?

And how do they do it, anyone know of any odd or different training techniques?

Those abdomenal muscles are from doing 2500 sit-ups every day, with a 20kg weight on his abdomen, for the 6-8 weeks training camp.

He was about 300lbs at one point in his retirement!

Tyson had "fat genes" for sure, his mother & sister were both mordibly obese.

Between 2001-2005, he was entering training camp in excess of 270lbs.

LOL, there's something called "fat genes"? Or could it be that if you don't control what you eat, you get fat? I understand some people have better metabolism but you don't get that fat simply cause of genes.

Roy Jones, Hopkins, Pac, Hearns, Leonard, Hagler, Tyson, Holyfield, Mosley, Young Foreman, Gamboa.

You know, I am seeing a pattern here except for Pac. If Margarito where actually quick and skilled I would mention him just to put a hispanic non cuban fighter on the list, but he really isn't that athletically impressive :(.

I mean genes which make it far easier for one to get fat.

Low metabolism ran in his family.
