Sam Langford but I'm obviously focusing on boxing functionality as opposed to aesthetics. If I asked Dr. Frankenstein to build me a boxer I would end up with something that looked like Sam Langford.
Dunno why, but Bute's stature/body frame just seems to remind me of a troll or something This content is protected This content is protected
Timothy Bradley. If I had to pick based on most impressive form he looks like an elite body builder who boxes on the side. Prime Roy Jones was also impressive, he had the perfect form for a boxer. His form to boxing was like that of a cheetah.
Ahh ok. .. Makes sense. . . Yeah, I think sometimes it's actually better to have a little extra body fat, as opposed to muscle because fat is tapped into for energy, whereas muscle demands extra oxygen/red blood cells to be pumped into them. . .
Bute is definitely a strange looking fellow. . . Lol his hair is like translucent or something. . . Lol it's weird. . .
I think it may be important to hold on to weight and a body structure/physique that has the ability to hold more water/fluids to keep you hydrated as long as possible. One that is able to run for a longer period of time under stressful situations. Just "smoother" muscles. or whatever you have developed while training specifically for boxing. If you want to include weight-lifting, good...but make sure its done according to what is able to be used for fights and not just simply to look good or how much you can lift. Young Tyson looked somewhat similar to Young Sam McVey both in height and weight This content is protected This content is protected
Is this a question about who is/was the most ripped in boxing? Or is it more about who has the best physique FOR boxing? For instance; Ali, clearly not the most vascular/ripped fighter ever, but there must be something about his physical nature that allowed him to float, dance and delivery dazzling combinations. Maybe some of it is a natural fluidity, but the same thing with Floyd exists. FMjr doesn't have Bradley's musculature but when he's firing off combinations and utilizing his upper body/head movement you can tell that he is a great physical specimen.
