It occured to me that there are boxers with the same alias. The first one that came to mind was "Sugar" i.e. Robinson, Leonard, Mosely and to an extend Ishe Smith. Then I saw "The Ghost" for Guerrero and Pavlik. So I was wondering what other popular aliases are there?

Thats one sweet group of boxers:yep I just searched up Ray Seales on boxrec. Whats his story? The man started off with a great amateur career and a gold medal and didn't even win a legit belt?

3K Battery is the major corporation that sponsors Thai kickboxers and boxers. It's traditional in Thailand for boxers to take as part of their nickname the name of their gym, sponsor or master.

BTW, for almost 100 years, it seemed like the most common nicknames in boxing were "Young" and "Kid." Don't see "Young" too often these days but "Kid" still pops up.

I wonder what the most popular boxing nickname in Mexico is?
