I'll see you, can I raise you any combination of Moore, Beterbiev, Foster's left uppercut down the middle - Qawi threw a nice uppercut out of the crouch at times? I would say for hardest single shot, probably Spinks - Moore hits extremely hard but I think he belongs more to the Fitz school of wicked power but also extreme knowledge of anatomical vulnerable spots, great timing, leverage and punch placement.
Yeah ,I gotta go with Michael Spinks here. The Ol’ Mongoose is certainly in the conversation and let us not forget Matthew Saad Muhammad.

I'm also going to thrust forth my favorite 175, Eddie Mustafa Muhammad. Nowadays he one of the most underrated punchers in history, mostly due to his lack of aggression but also due to needing to have an in depth knowledge of his earlier years. He was considered a harder puncher than Spinks and Saad for a couple of years before Spinks became the consensus KO king. Eddie's uppercuts were hard and beautifully produced with either hand and he went to both head and body. Darius Michalczewski had some terrific uppercuts also and yet to be mentioned. And like some of the others mentioned----a terrific left uppercut. Marvin Johnson went a little uppercut happy and I thought threw too many of them. But he sure had a strong uppercut. So many of those 75-85 lh guys---they really were deep at that weight & they all had a strong set of tools.
Moorer is underrated cos his wbo title was lightly regarded when he held it but he had great power including a big right uppercut thrown from his southpaw stance
