    Herol Graham was a great enigma

    If you look at his losses.......

    Sumbu Kalambay I - very close UD loss that could have gone either way
    Mike McCallum - close SD loss, point deduction for low blows cost him a draw.
    Julian Jackson - boxing clinic until miracle KO
    Sumbu Kalambay II - ditto first fight
    Frank Grant - limited fighter with a puncher's chance, which he took
    Charles Brewer - 2 KD's by Graham but KO'd whilst infront

    From the Jackson fight onwards, it was all down hill due to a deterioration in his relationship with Brendan Ingle, women trouble and pressure from public and media to prove he could go toe to toe with a puncher and emerge victorious

    Undoubtedly the most ducked fighter of this (perhaps any) generation and certainly the best fighter not to win a world title in the alphabet era IMO
