Canelo is not p4p 5 let alone 1...get him the **** out... He just jumps weight cherrypicking and card stacks.. Can we just stop this false narrative please? The media is doing this but it doesn't help when the casuals spout this bs as well

Usyk is a good fighter for a Heavyweight, but he's nowhere near P4P #1. Top P4P fighters don't take the kinds of shots Usyk did. Usyk gave AJ a lot of random head movement that caused AJ some problems, but when AJ got that jab working he was controlling the middle rounds and landing big shots on Usyk. Lets face it, last night was a grueling fight fought at a very high pace for Heavyweights in close quarters. He took a lot of punishment vs AJ, got busted up. Yes he outworked AJ and deserved the decision, but P4P #1? GTFOH. Putting a Heavyweight in the P4P Top 10 is general is not normal, the whole idea of P4P is to rate fighters ability and skill regardless of weight, which benefits smaller fighters because they have better speed and skills than heavyweights. The agenda of a lot of this forum to act like Canelo isn't the clear P4P #1 is comical. You can't let your emotions determine who you rate P4P. Heavyweights in general don't belong on P4P lists, especially when you have such highly skilled young / prime talent at lower weights.

Top P4P fighters don't get hit with the kind of shot that Usyk got hit with with 2:29 left in the 12th round. A good counter straight right hand from AJ. Usyk has to work on his blocking, his best defense is his offense.

Usyk is a tough and awkward plodder, who has a high work rate for a Heavyweight. Like RJJ said "strange puncher Usyk is" when he lanaded those two lead lefts in a row. Usyk is very unconventional and AJ never fought anyone like him, but you can't compare this guy in a P4P sense to any of the top guys at lower weights.

fighters get hit all the time what are you talking about? Usyk is the undisputed cruiserweight champ and now the unified heavyweight champ, he’s doing just fine.

“awkward plodder” do you even watch Usyk fight???

He's a great fighter for a Heavyweight, but he's not Top P4P material. He didn't dominate AJ or anything. He deserves credit for this win but lets not get crazy putting him atop the P4P lists. That's just mad.

Usyk clearly won, but he didn't dominate. AJ was in that fight.

LOL I gave Usyk credit, I said he deserved the win. What more do you want? It's not like I'm arguing it was a robbery like you do every time Canelo wins lol.
